The cigarette I smoke ensembles the entire city as I look at the street lights through the window. A sudden glimpse of them makes me inquisitive. He pushes her forcefully to the wall and seizes her waist with his muscular hands. Her poison nails dug his back with much force. They kiss each other; lick each other, her razor sharp canine’s dugs through his slithery skin. I watch them with much attention and curiosity. The two bodies penetrate into each other, as if fighting for the release. They make hate, they fight, they try to kill the very emotions inside. She moves besides the wall while he slides on her causing her immense pain of hate. She loves it. As he bends down and her face turns upside, I choke. I followed her for miles, her tender fragrance got me to this building and there she was, in massive pain of satisfaction. I drop the cigarette down and stand still, witnessing the act of transgression.
The power cut had rendered the busy suburb half lit. It was almost bedtime.. It was a time of oscillating cycles. Things were running there full turn. Everything seemed to indicate that the monsoons were well on their way. The showers always bring good news. As a rule, each cycle buries the old and always brings with it something that’ll keep you occupied till it’s time to move on again. He sighed.
This was the latest the sun had ever set in that part of the world and the dark rain clouds glacially went about their business in the sky. The railway tracks creaked and rumbled, a solitary crow on the electric crow cawed. Animals of all kinds were returning home. The skies would be totally engulfed by darkness in the next ten minutes. A tall heap of bamboo sticks lay inheritance less next to him. He leaned against the wind and felt the pleasant touch of the breeze as it tickled by. Nothing in the world could bother him anymore. The breeze stopped.
Underneath the darkness his eyes went cold. The bottle slipped from his hands to an ear shattering consequence. His heart pumped. His throat choked. He fell to the ground like dead weight inches away from the glass shards.
He checked his vital signs. It was all good. He stared wide eyed and shocked at what he saw.
It had happened. She had done it… there was no other explanation.
